Privacy policy
Tatuk only collects the data needed to call you back, prepare your video and manage your order. It is never sold or used for any other purpose.

Files containing third-party data
If you send photos, names or testimonials of people, you warrant that you have obtained their consent for this use. Only send data that is strictly useful for the video.
Brief draft
While you fill in the brief, your answers are kept only in your browser, so that you can take a break. They are only sent to us when you submit the brief. Files are never kept as a draft.
Recipients
Your data is processed by OLIVIER JOUSSELIN and by its technical service providers, solely for the purposes described above:
- Netlify (website hosting, receipt of forms and files);
- Stripe (online payment);
- Google Analytics (audience measurement, only if you accept it);
- Tatuk's email service (receipt of emails and notifications);
- the audiovisual production tools used to make your video, which only receive the content needed.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers are located in the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates in it or, failing that, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Marketing
If you have left us your business contact details, we may send you information about our offers related to your business. Every message lets you opt out in one click, and you can ask us to stop at any time by email.
Security
Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to briefs and files is restricted to Olivier Jousselin.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its use, object to its processing, request its portability and set instructions for what happens to it after your death. Write to bonjour@tatukvideo.com: you will receive a reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority of your country.
Updates
This policy may change; the date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
Cookies and trackers
The Tatuk website uses no advertising cookies. It uses a single audience measurement tool, Google Analytics, and only if you accept it.
- Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4): on your first visit, a banner asks for your consent. Until you click "Accept", no Google script is loaded and no cookie is set. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (prefix "_ga") to count visits, see which pages are viewed and measure the requests sent (call-back, brief, deposit payment). Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled. This data is processed by Google Ireland Limited, as processor, and may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Duration: your choice is kept for 6 months, measurement cookies for 13 months at most. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
- Brief draft: the website keeps your answers in your browser's local storage so that you can resume later. This is a service you request; it is deleted when the brief is sent, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
- Payment: the Stripe payment page, to which you are redirected for the deposit, sets its own cookies needed for payment security and fraud prevention.
- Video and fonts: the presentation video and the fonts are hosted on the website itself; no third-party service is called during your visit.
